We are seeking an experienced **AI Automation Developer** to join our growing team. This role requires solid technical expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation frameworks, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into effective, scalable solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions tailored to business and client needs.
- Build and optimize machine learning models, NLP pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using AI, RPA, or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed solutions.
- Provide technical input and guidance to junior developers and interns.
- Research emerging AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve solution offerings.
- Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides for developed solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused on AI, ML, or automation projects.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript, with hands-on experience in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCy, NLTK).
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Make, Zapier) or custom-built automation systems.
- Proficiency in API development and system integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/automation deployments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Working Days

5-day work week (Monday - Friday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
