We are seeking a motivated **AI Automation & Digital Marketing Intern** to join our team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about artificial intelligence, process automation, and digital marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience in building automation workflows, exploring AI tools, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- AI Automation
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions.
- Research, prototype, and test AI models and automation frameworks to improve business workflows.
- Collaborate with the AI/Automation team to identify opportunities for process automation within internal and client operations.
- Support integration of automation solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Document processes, workflows, and automation solutions clearly for knowledge sharing.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation scripts and AI workflows.
- Digital Marketing
- Use AI tools to create, schedule, and optimize marketing content.
- Assist in managing social media platforms, ads, and online campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Research and suggest new AI-powered marketing tools to improve effectiveness.
- General
- Provide support for other administrative tasks and projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a **Diploma or Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, chatbots, automation tools) or digital marketing practices (SEO, social media, content creation, paid ads) is desirable.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, ad automation platforms) will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about AI automation and digital marketing.

Monthly Allowance

RM700 - RM1,000
