**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Analysis**:

- Data Analysis and Reporting_
- Analyze product performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Market and User Research_
- Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Perform user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform product development and enhancement.
- Product Development Support_
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements and features.
- Assist in prioritizing product features based on data-driven insights and market demands.
- Performance Monitoring_
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance post-launch to ensure it meets business objectives.
- Identify and recommend improvements or new features based on performance data and user feedback.

**Business Analysis**:

- Requirement Gathering and Analysis_
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and objectives.
- Process Improvement_
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and recommend solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Solution Design and Implementation_
- Work with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
- Stakeholder Communication_
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and gather feedback.

**AI Tools Integration**:

- Data Analysis Enhancement_
- Leverage AI tools to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and tools that can be integrated into business and product analysis workflows.
- Process Automation_
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity in data analysis and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of product management principles and business analysis methodologies.
- Experience with AI tools for data analysis and process automation is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,999.00 per month
