Sales Executive

Sales executive is responsible to build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering queries, offering advice and introducing our services.
- Source for new leads and prospects.
- Meeting with clients virtually or physically during sales visits.
- Understand and keep up-to-date with all relevant Acts & Regulations and to ensure compliance by clients.
- Prepare quotations and proposals based on clients' requirements.
- Assist client to fill up forms.
- Liaise with clients to obtain information and reminding them promptly to provide the info.
- Provide progress update to clients and assist in answering any queries that they have.
- Organize and proper filing of all paperwork digitally and hardcopy.
- Assist in other administrative work, special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned from time to time.
**Requirement**:
- Prior relevant experience
- Love entrepreneurship and want to help business owners to start and grow their business
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Strong and fluent communication both verbally and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to prioritize.
- Motivated to achieve sales targets and commission.
- Able to cross sell and up sell
- Excellent networking skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Possesses own transport and able to travel.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- English (preferred)
