Accounts Assistant

Ability to handle full set of accounts
- Handle the financial matters of the company, manage cash balance, preparing cash flow statements to monitor the inflow & outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds (daily, weekly and monthly).
- Represent company on all matters & negotiations related to the banking & financing facilities granted by banks/financial institutions.
- Responsible for Banks reconciliation.
- Responsible for International trade transactions, i.e., Bankers Acceptance, Bank Guarantee, forex transactions, transfer of funds and supporting documentation.
- Preparing BA planning schedule on monthly basis.
- Preparing/Handling full sets of documents for BA submission
- Updating BA schedule for every BA submission and follow up BA Due date.
- Disbursements of cash & handling of petty cash.
- Matched appropriate codes and captured in ERP system on a timely manner.
- Verify supporting document attached with payment before proceed to signatories.
- Monthly payment forecast for suppliers based on ageing analysis.
- Assisting in account closing.
- Other ad hoc and assist Group CEO, COO and Senior Finance Manager in overall financial reporting.
**Requirements**:
- 1 - 2 years experience in related field
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Excellent skill in MS Excel and MS Word
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
