Site Supervisor

**About the role**

Alam Kotamas Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company in the Papar District of Sabah, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects. Your strategic oversight and hands-on approach will be crucial in delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinate and supervise the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of construction work, addressing any issues or challenges that arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including materials, equipment and personnel
- Provide regular progress reports to the project management team
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar site supervisor or construction foreman role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Familiarity with construction project management software and tools
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality work
