Assistant Company Secretary

Job Scope:
**Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial duties, including preparing and submitting statutory returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).**
**Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.**
**Keep statutory records, resolutions, and corporate documents up-to-date and accurately maintained.**
**Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.**
**Requirements**:
**Hold a CGI (ICSA) qualification or be a CGQP (ICSA) finalist, demonstrating your expertise in corporate governance.**
**Possess a strong understanding of statutory requirements and compliance regulations in Malaysia.**
**Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.**
