Customer Service Specialist

**About Role**:
- Talking to customers, getting to know what they need, and making sure they’re happy.
- Answering calls, replying to messages, and handling live chats - you’ll be the go-to person for customer inquiries or bookings.
- Explaining our products clearly and handling inquiries like a pro.
- Working with your fellow team-mates to reach your targets together.
- Helping customers help themselves by showing them how to use our online tools.
- Coming up with cool ideas to improve our processes and sharing them with your Team Leaders and Managers.
- Keeping customer info safe and always acting with integrity.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- At least 6 months of experience in a call centre (fresh grads are welcome too).
- Speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Enjoy connecting with customers.
- Looking to build your career with a public listed organization
- **Available to join immediatly**
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
