- Updating reservation systems:
Utilizing booking software or online systems to manage and maintain reservation information.
- Collaborating with other departments:
Working with other teams, such as front desk staff or event planners, to ensure smooth coordination of reservations.
Specific Tasks:
Providing information about services, promotions, and upgrades.
Managing and modifying existing reservations.
Cancelling reservations and processing refunds.
Cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer experiences.
Resolving customer issues and inquiries.
Maintaining accurate records and reports
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
