**Job Summary**:
As a Legal and Secretarial Intern, the role primarily involves supporting the department in document management, administrative tasks, and inter-departmental coordination. Key responsibilities include scanning, naming, archiving, and cataloguing documents according to internal guidelines; assisting with tenancy-related administrative work such as land searches and statutory payments; conducting basic market research; and drafting memos or letters under supervision. The intern will also support in physical filing, liaising with internal departments, and preparing weekly reports to ensure smooth workflow and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. To scan and archive documents.
2. To name, archive and catalogue the scanned documents per guidance.
3. To assist on office administrative work relating to tenancy related matters (e.g. land search, Quit Rent, Assessment).
4. To assist with market research work.
5. Drafting of Memo-s, letters - with proper guidance from superior.
6. To assist with physical filing of documents into catalogued hard-cover files.
7. Liaising with colleagues’ inter-departments within the organization.
8. To prepare weekly report.

**Qualification & Experience Requirements**:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point.
2. Positive attitude, willing to learn, good team player.
3. Conversant in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
4. Able to provide internship supporting letter from University/College.
5. Minimum 3 months internship period.
6. Malaysian preferred.
7. Willing to working in Kelana Jaya (Besides LRT Glenmarie Station).

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
