Internship -foreign Worker Management

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Strong interest in global workforce management and international labor laws.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred, but not required).
- Knowledge of labor laws or immigration processes (preferred, but not required.)

**Responsibilities**:

- Help maintain accurate records of employee contracts, work permits, and legal documentation.
- Support the processing of visa and immigration-related paperwork and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Assist in managing and resolving any workplace issues or concerns related to foreign workers.
- Help track and maintain payroll and benefits information for foreign workers.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure foreign worker contracts meet company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide administrative support in managing worker accommodation and travel arrangements.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and new regulations concerning foreign workers.
- Assist with reporting on the status and well-being of foreign workers, ensuring proper communication between workers and management.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
