**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's Degree or Professional Certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a finance manager or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with cost accounting, inventory management, and production processes.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
