**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Manage internal and external engineering resources to deliver according to the project schedule and control overall engineering man-hour costs.
- Supervise and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, guiding them in project execution, problem-solving, and professional development
- Collaborate with peers to implement the most suitable structure for the design engineering team to deliver the project.
- Assess engineering risks and lead the team to integrated solutions through collaboration.

**Job & Skill Requirements**:

- A minimum of 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skills: Computer skills, IT skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Results-oriented and self-directed, with the ability to drive change.
- Strong people management skills to lead and build a high-performing team.
- Possess leadership qualities with critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with robotics programming environments and systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
