**Responsibilities**:
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Develop and execute digital strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement, creating content across social media, websites, and newsletters.
- Analyze performance metrics and trends to optimize digital efforts and align with the brand's premium image.

Customer & Agent Engagement
- Build relationships with pet grooming centers, agents, and online communities, responding to inquiries and expanding brand reach.
- Organize promotional activities, including events and partnerships, while tracking engagement metrics to improve outreach effectiveness.

Sales & Lead Conversion
- Convert leads by effectively communicating product benefits, following up on customer needs, and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to meet or exceed targets.

Market Research & Data Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor strategies, using insights to guide decisions.
- Analyze data from marketing and sales activities to inform product development and strategy adjustments.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in sales and digital marketing, ideally within the pet care or FMCG industry.
- Required Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong sales drive and aggressiveness.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt.
- Must possess own transport with a valid Class D/DA driving license.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, KNIME, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SurveyMonkey) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
