Admin cum Personal Assistant Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Managing complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings (including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials), and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Booking domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas. Creating detailed itineraries and managing travel changes.
- **Online Puchases Arrangement**:Coordinate purchases and delivery of the said item.
- **Administrative Support**: Daily update of company website. Preparing presentations, reports, and other documents. Managing filing systems (both physical and digital). Processing expenses and invoices. Ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
- **Company Errands**: Running company errands such as work related urgent purchases or festive gift purchases.
- **Event Planning**: Assisting with the planning and execution of personal and professional events.
- **Basic Office Management (If applicable)**: Overseeing the cleanliness of the office and making sure daily cleaners are performing their duties.
- **Research and Information Gathering**: Conducting research on various topics, compiling information, and preparing summaries.
- **Project Management**: Assisting with personal projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion.
- **Maintaining Confidentiality**:Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality.
- **Clients Walkthrough** - Able to explain and guide client via a simple premise or product walkthrough.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an admin or Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills English and Malay (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Valid driver's (optional).
**Desirable Qualities**:
- Experience with travel booking software.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Foreign language proficiency.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Salary range from Rm1500 - 3500
