**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at WeRegen Health. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls and correspondence, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. The role will also involve utilizing clerical skills to organize and maintain office operations.
**Qualifications**
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in finance and accounting
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in clerical skills and office organization
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
