What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and manage digital ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for better CTR, ROAS, and conversion
- Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to drive full-funnel growth
- Plan monthly/quarterly marketing calendars based on product launches and promos
- Report and improve campaign performance on a weekly basis

Who We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, media buying, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actions
- Creative and resourceful — can write copies, make basic creatives, and test new angles
- Bonus if you’ve handled e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
