**Job Overview**
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives to enhance our market presence, align digital marketing strategies with our strategic goals, and drive significant industry impact. Your role involves managing both the creative and analytical aspects of our marketing efforts, optimizing user engagement and return on investment through data-driven tactics. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions directly influence CoreBridge Solutions’ growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs, tailoring marketing strategies effectively.
- Enhance website content and structure to improve user experience and conversion rates, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage the creation of compelling content and oversee campaign executions, managing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure synchronized marketing efforts.
- Continuously optimize our digital marketing approaches through A/B testing and other experimentation methods.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in strategic campaign management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of deriving meaningful insights from data to inform strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at crafting and presenting clear, compelling reports and presentations.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Leadership experience, capable of inspiring and managing a marketing team.
