**Job Vacancy: Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager**

**Position**: Accounts Manager / Accounts Executive
**Location**: Bayu Tinggi, Klang, Selangor
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage the **full set of accounts** (AP, AR, GL).
- **Monthly SOA (Statement of Accounts)** preparation and analysis.
- **Payment collection** and managing debtor follow-up to ensure timely receipts.
- Generate and submit **monthly financial reports** to management.
- Monitor and manage the **weekly cash flow**.
- Assist auditors with year-end audit preparation and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in full-set accounting and reporting (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Auto count or well verse with other accounting software) and MS Office (Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
