Klang, Malaysia Electrofast Manufacturing Sdn Bhd Full time

Responsible for working with existing Account Executive in handling full sets of accounts for manufacturing, trading and real estate businesses
- Perform day to day accounting operations such as data entry
- Perform month end / year end close in a timely manner
- Prepare bank reconciliation, monitor daily bank balances
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly/weekly financial, accounting, operational management reports as required
- Assist in audit and tax preparation
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- Communicate with internal staff to ensure accuracy of work
- Assist with all administration related tasks to ensure a smooth running of daily operation in the office
- Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative and accounting assignment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Accounting, Bookkeeping, Microsoft Office, AutoCount, Procurement Systems
- Must Have(s): Fast Learner, Multitask, Independent, Responsible, Resourceful, Willingness to Learn
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience in preparing accounts for manufacturing, trading and real estate businesses is highly preferred
- Experience in procurement management systems is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
