**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Operate thermoforming machines or magnum press in according to production procedures and work instruction (WI).

2. Maintain daily output and quality to meet production schedule and product specification.

3. Control and monitor machine condition such as reject, material yield to minimize machines downtime.

4. Perform complete tool set-up, check and clean machine by weekly.

5. Maintain accurate operation data e.g. carton count update, material usage in The Enterprise System (TES).

6. Maintain records of Machine Control Plan (MCP), QS infinity, Sorting Cards, etc.

7. Feedback quality findings and recommend improvement action as needed.

8. Handling loose / on-hold carton and pallet with by remark the label.

9. By performing sorting activity, identify and dispose non-conforming products accordingly.

11. Maintain good 5S practices, cleanliness requirement at workplace.

12. To raise Engineering Concession (EC) or Permanent Change (CP) during High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) when required.

13. Support preventive maintenance activities when required.

14. To in-charge of medical line should be certified and trained for medical product knowledge such as bio-burden, blood handling, traceability, etc.

Fulfill any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

**Position Specifications**
1. Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

2. Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experiences in related field.

3. Able to work independently with outgoing personality.

4. Good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,523.00 - RM3,390.45 per month
