**Responsibilities**:
**Production Management & On-Time Delivery**
- Plan and manage daily and weekly production to meet targets for the seat motor assembly line.
- Monitor production progress and quickly solve any issues on the line.
- Follow 5S practices, improve line layout and workflow to make production faster and smoother.

**Equipment Maintenance & Cost Control**
- Lead daily equipment checks, basic maintenance, and small repairs.
- Support the technical team with regular preventive maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns.
- Track team labor costs, defect rates, and tool/PPE usage. Prepare cost reports and suggest improvements.

**Staff Training & Quality Control**
- Create training plans for new workers (e.g., how to assemble motors, test standards).
- Improve worker skills with a “buddy system” and make sure everyone passes job qualification tests.
- Oversee quality checks during production, including first product checks and re-checks for defects. Work to reduce defect rates.

**Teamwork & Communication**
- Communicate between Malaysia and China management teams to ensure clear production and quality instructions.
- Work closely with material and warehouse teams to make sure the production line has enough materials.
- Build good teamwork, solve staff issues, and support smooth collaboration between local staff and Chinese management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fluent in **Mandarin**, English, Malay, due to regional team interactions.
- Minimum SPM (high school certificate).
- At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing.
- Understand assembly line work and basic lean tools (e.g., standard time calculation).
- Willing to work on rotating shifts (day and night).

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
