**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of production line workers to meet daily targets.
- Set up machinery and ensure it is running smoothly throughout the shift.
- Monitor production output and ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Train new team members on line procedures and safety protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and shift reports.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams as needed.
- Motivate team members and promote a positive working environment.
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Language Bahasa Melayu & English
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment (leadership experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor team members.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry.

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM1,850.00 per month
