Client Relations Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional service by building strong, trust-based relationships with clients and offering timely, supportive communication through platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
- Actively monitor client progress by conducting regular check-ins, gathering feedback, and offering motivation or assistance as needed.
- Follow up consistently to ensure program participation and on-time payments, supporting client engagement and accountability.
- Respond professionally to client inquiries, concerns, or issues, and escalate matters to relevant internal teams when appropriate.
- Work closely with internal departments including coaching, events, marketing, and sales to deliver personalized support and relevant solutions to each client.
- Document and share client achievements, testimonials, and other success materials for promotional or internal use.
- Assist in organizing and moderating online sessions or events, ensuring all logístical and administrative aspects run smoothly.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and prepare monthly reports outlining engagement, satisfaction, and service trends.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, client relations, or support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a helpful, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic familiarity with business operations, marketing, or HR is considered a plus.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines provided during onboarding and training.
- Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing development and continuous improvement.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
