Sales Manager

1. Responsible for the development of local air freight clients in Malaysia and Singapore.
2. Assist in coordinating air freight business solutions for clients in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and other South East Asia countries.
3. Promote services to existing or potential clients which target to expand customer database to increase sales revenue.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies, execute sales plans, drive sales growth, expand market share, and to drive sales growth and support business expansion.
5. Identify potential clients and market opportunities, understand client needs, provide comprehensive solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Work Location : Shah Alam, Malaysia.
**Job Requirement**:
1. Proficient in the air freight forwarding industry, with 5 years or more of experience in sales, marketing, and related fields.
2. Well-acquainted with the characteristics of logistics industry clientele, with established customer relationships.
3. Extensive experience in marketing planning, capable of identifying and securing potential business partners, and well-versed in the current developments in the industry market.
4. Possess good communication skills, facilitate effective communication with customers within South East Asia countries.
5. Willing to undertake official business travel arrangements.
6. Possesses a strong sense of teamwork, enthusiasm for work, and strong sense of responsibility.
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
