Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of commercial vehicle sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback to improve sales skills and techniques.
- Assign sales territories and manage sales pipelines to maximize sales potential.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial vehicle customers, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Conduct customer needs analysis to identify suitable commercial vehicle solutions.
- Present product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
- **Market Analysis and Strategy**:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations impacting the commercial vehicle market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- **Operational Support**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Manage sales reporting and CRM systems to track sales performance and customer data.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- **Sales Experience**: Proven track record of success in commercial vehicle sales, preferably with experience managing a sales team.
- **Customer Focus**: Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information to customers and stakeholders.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
