**Job Title**: Executive, Marketing
**Reports To**: Marketing Manager
**Location**: Section 15, Shah Alam.

**Job Summary**

The Executive, Marketing is responsible for implementing and managing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves coordinating campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing activities in alignment with the company’s objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**1. **Marketing Campaigns**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Develop creative content and materials in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare detailed reports on their effectiveness.

2. **Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign results to make data-driven decisions.

3. **Brand Management**
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain a cohesive brand identity.

4. **Customer Engagement**
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Coordinate with the sales team to create campaigns that align with business goals.

5. **Collaboration & Reporting**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support.
- Prepare and present monthly reports and updates to senior management.

**Requirements Education**
- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.**

**Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
- Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
