**Key Responsibility**
- 1. To lead Sales team, manage overall sales activities including to formulate and execute strategic plans to drive sales performance towards meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
- 2. Conduct feasibility study, competitor analysis and market study include marketability, demand, supply, trends and preferences to identify gaps, potentials and opportunities.
- 3. Involve in project budgeting, cost control and gross margin analysis, develop and review marketing plans and budgets, formulate the advertising and promotion activities, and property pricing strategies working closely with cross-functional team in meeting the sales revenue and set KPIs.
- 4. Identify opportunities to expand market in order to maximize sales revenue, increase market share and improve company branding and positioning in the market.
- 5. Responsible for the operations of Sales department, build and maintain good rapport with existing and new customers and assure that all buyers’ enquiries are addressed with greatest customer service.
- 6. Prepare the sales performance forecast and periodic reporting and maintain up-to-date market information.
- 7. Lead the development of marketing plans, and ensure that each brand meets the business objective and is marketed correctly to customers.
- 9. Responsible for any other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management and immediate superior as and when required.
Requirements/Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in furniture or related industry
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Malay
- Proven sales track records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative attitude, exceptional organizational and strong interpersonal skills
- Data-oriented and self-motivated with attention to detail and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong budgeting skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within the Malaysia.
**Salary**: RM5,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
