Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, executing marketing activities, enhancing customer experience, and supporting brand operations to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance

  • Drive sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets through effective marketing and selling strategies.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, brand activities, and product launches.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize strategies and improve performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve KPIs and maximize brand visibility.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and consistent brand experience.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Develop and implement CRM or loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and retention.

Merchandising

  • Oversee visual merchandising, product display, and placement in-store or SIS (Shop-in-Shop).
  • Ensure all marketing materials and POSM are aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with inventory or sales teams to ensure product availability and display readiness.

Brand Store / SIS Operations

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
  • Support the execution of marketing events and seasonal campaigns.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare and maintain marketing, sales, and performance reports.
  • Manage marketing budgets and control operational costs effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing, sales, or retail-related roles.
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel or work on weekends when required for events or promotions.
