About the role

We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Esco Micro (M) Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and to support the company's overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and digital advertising
  • Creating engaging and compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, product videos, and website content
  • Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation activities
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to continuously improve and optimize campaigns

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the marketing communications or digital marketing field
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for marketing and a desire to drive business growth through innovative and results-driven campaigns
