Job Description:

1) Campaign coordination

  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing multiple channels.

2) Product Data

  • Prepare monthly product report and analysis with accuracy.
  • Update product list.

3) Handle customers' enquiries

  • Manage company account and social media.

4) Digital Marketing

  • Assist as necessary to ensure smooth content production.

5) Event Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, handle registrations and ensure seamless event execution.

6) Product and Marketing Operation

  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding marketing collaterals design and purchase.
  • Liaise with relevant department on product purchase and planning.
  • Submit vendor payment request, follow up on payment status and paperwork.
  • Monitor PR expenses and invoice.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate who posses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ceramic, product development, data administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, product development and logistics coordination in tiles or building materials is an advantage.
  • Excellent project management, social media knowledge and communication skills, knowledge in branding or marketing and event planning.
  • Strong ability to work independently, collaboratively and multitasking.
