JOB SUMMARY :

  • This role manages events including expos, awards, roadshow and sponsorships, alongside marcom duties such as campaign support and brand coordination
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills are essential to deliver impactful brand experiences and support business goals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manages the planning, coordination, and execution of events including expos, industry awards, sponsorship activities, roadshow and other large-scale brand events.
  • Liaise with event organizers, vendors, designers, and internal departments to manage logistics, booth setup, manpower coordination, and brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all event touchpoints.
  • Coordinate post-event analysis, reporting, and ROI evaluation.
  • Travel and represent the company for on-ground execution when required.
  • Manage project timelines, documentation, budgeting, and approvals related to event planning.
  • Support the Marcom communication in executing nationwide marketing campaigns, in-store support activities, and shopper engagement programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and analysis.
  • Supporting in preparing documentation and administration tasks.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in marketing, event management, or related roles within retail, FMCG, or agency environments
  • Proven experience in managing corporate events or expos is highly preferred
  • Excellent project and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Basic understanding of digital and social media marketing best practices
  • Willing to travel for events, project support, and store visits as required
  • Willing to travel or relocate new HQ in Bukit Raja
