Job Descriptions

  • Execute development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.
  • Drive innovative, data-driven campaigns to boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and referral growth.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and on budget.
  • Leverage analytics and social listening tools to evaluate audience behavior, campaign performance, and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Assess marketing initiatives based on KPIs such as web traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and contribution to sales outcomes.
  • Oversee creation of high-quality advertising, promotional, social media, and digital content across platforms.
  • Execute research on industry trends and consumer behavior to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with internal teams, media partners, influencers, and agencies to drive seamless marketing execution.
  • Collaborate across departments to support company-wide initiatives and align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Job Specifications

Basic Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.

Experience : 2–5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, branding, or digital communication roles. Experience executing marketing campaigns and managing digital content is preferred.

Skills :

1. Skilled in basic data analytics and social listening for performance insights

  1. Strong communication; able to coordinate with teams, media, and agencies.

  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
