**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Community Engagement Programs**
- Plan, execute, and evaluate community engagement programs to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to promote organizational initiatives and encourage community participation.

**2. Stakeholder Relations**
- Act as the primary liaison between the organization and community partners, ensuring strong collaboration and mutual support.
- Foster relationships with NGOs, local authorities, and other stakeholders to achieve program goals.

**3. Event Planning and Coordination**
- Organize and manage community-focused events, workshops, and activities that align with the organization's mission and values.
- Oversee logistics, budgets, and volunteer coordination for community events.

**4. Communication and Outreach**
- Create and disseminate communication materials, including newsletters, press releases, and social media updates, to engage community audiences.
- Manage feedback from community members and address concerns or suggestions effectively.

**5. Monitoring and Reporting**
- Track and analyze the impact of community engagement activities, preparing regular reports for management.
- Provide recommendations to improve community programs based on data and feedback.

**6. Collaboration and Support**
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and corporate social responsibility, to align engagement efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Support cross-departmental projects and initiatives requiring community involvement.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, public relations, or stakeholder management roles.
- Proven ability to design and execute community outreach programs and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
- Strong understanding of community development frameworks, event planning, and engagement best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
