Corporate Partnership Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Partnership Development**: Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, securing partnerships that align with Koppiku's values and objectives
- **Sales Strategy Execution**: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- **Client Engagement**: Represent Koppiku at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and create new opportunities
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities and provide insights to the team
- **Reporting**: Track and report on partnership performance and sales activities using CRM tools
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Degree in Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field (preferably within the food & beverage or hospitality industry)
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills with a hunter mentality
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
- Familiar with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Passion for coffee and an understanding of the coffee industry is a plus
- Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
