Key accountabilities:

  • Support the implementation of partnership strategies with Insurers, TPA, an key corporate clients
  • Maintain regular communication and working relationships with designated partner accounts.
  • Assist in resolving operational and service-related issues in collaboration with hospital teams and external partners.
  • Monitor partnership activities and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the execution of partner acquisition, onboarding, and retention plans.
  • Conduct market and partner research to support strategic decisions and opportunity identification.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and legal requirements are met in partnership engagements.
  • Support initiatives to improve the patient journey through effective partner collaborations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare or equivalent.
  • Team player with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, good leadership skills, accountability, self-driven, result-oriented and most importantly customer focused.
  • Must have outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Good business acumen, strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
