About the role

As the Manager, Customer Segments and Partnership at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of customer segmentation and partnership initiatives to enhance the bank's customer value proposition. This is a full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to better understand and serve the bank's diverse customer base
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships that can expand the bank's reach and deliver greater value to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, services and customer experiences tailored to specific customer segments
  • Monitor and analyze customer data and market trends to continuously refine segmentation models and partnership opportunities
  • Liaise with external partners to negotiate and manage commercial agreements that support the bank's business objectives
  • Lead the implementation of customer-centric initiatives and oversee their performance to ensure successful outcomes
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on the progress and impact of customer segmentation and partnership activities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer segmentation, partnership management or a related field within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful customer-centric initiatives that drive business growth
  • Thorough understanding of the retail banking landscape, customer behaviour and emerging industry trends
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines
