Job Responsibilities:

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities with merchants, brands, and service providers to expand the TNGD's marketing capabilities, loyalty ecosystem, reward catalogue and gamification.
  • Build sustainable commercial models, including affiliate earnings, co-funded deals, and value-exchange partnerships by working closely with internal teams (Category Management, Marketing, Product, Data, Finance) to structure partnership models that benefit both users and merchants.
  • Explore new commercial opportunities — affiliate programs, voucher monetization, joint campaigns — to grow potential revenue and engagement.

Supply Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end supply strategy for rewards and vouchers to maintain a diverse and attractive catalogue for users.
  • Forecast and manage stock levels of digital and physical rewards to meet demand while minimizing wastage or expiry.
  • Monitor supplier and merchant fulfilment performance, ensuring timely delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Negotiate better supply terms and pricing to maximize value for the business and users.
  • Implement strong governance and audit processes for voucher and rewards inventory accuracy.

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Serve as the link between Loyalty & Engagement, Category Management, and other internal teams (e.g., Product, Data, Finance, Risk, and Compliance).
  • Oversee campaign timelines, dependencies, and budgets to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for leadership and key stakeholders.

Marketing Execution

  • Drive go-to-market strategies for new loyalty features, campaigns, and reward launches to maximize adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to craft impactful campaign messaging, creative assets, and push communication.
  • Work with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to continuously refine user journeys and in-app touchpoints to increase reward discovery and conversion.

Market & Competitive Insights

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor loyalty programs, and innovative engagement mechanics.
  • Provide recommendations for new reward categories, supply models, and user experience improvements to stay competitive.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Business Development & Negotiation: Ability to structure, pitch, and secure mutually beneficial deals with partners and suppliers.
  • Supply & Inventory Management: Strong grasp of demand forecasting, stock optimization, and fulfilment governance.
  • Growth & Marketing Acumen: Skilled at designing and executing user-centric growth and engagement campaigns.
  • Analytical Thinking: Data-driven mindset to track performance, ROI, and user insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective collaboration across category management, product, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Contract and Agreement Management: Drafting and managing partnership agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met by both parties, and tracking contractual obligations.
  • Problem Solving & Agility: Ability to pivot and adapt strategies in a fast-changing environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in business and marketing/campaign related field.
  • Excellent presentation, good negotiation skills, and good stakeholder management skills.
  • Independent, organized, self-driven, and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skill, identify the right analysis, tools and data sources to find answer to specific problems.
  • Effectively performs analysis with minimal error and present output of analysis and insights in a thoughtful and easily digest manner.
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills to drive business impact based on data insights.
  • Team player and effectively collaborate with other teams to build trusted relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
