Corporate Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
NW Group is seeking a motivated and goal-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by connecting with potential clients, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or experienced professionals who are passionate about sales and client relationships. **Fresh graduates and those with sales experience in SME Loans, Government Grants, or Training are encouraged to apply.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage the sales process from start to close, including preparation of quotations and proposals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with the Sales Support team to ensure smooth processing of orders and contracts.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products, services, and company policies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
