As we expand our presence in Malaysia, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales professional to accelerate our growth in the corporate training market.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated **Corporate Sales Executive** to develop and grow our corporate client base in Malaysia. This role will focus on building strong relationships with organizations, identifying training needs, and promoting Xaltius Academy’s learning solutions to meet business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Development & Client Acquisition**
- Identify and target corporate clients across industries with potential training needs.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR, L&D, and business leaders.
- Understand client business challenges and propose tailored training solutions.
- Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.

**Solution Selling**
- Promote Xaltius Academy’s portfolio of training programs, including customized corporate training.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company guidelines.

**Collaboration & Reporting**
- Work closely with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Proven track record in B2B / corporate sales, preferably in training, education, HR solutions, or professional services.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills in the Malaysian corporate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

**Preferred**
- Experience selling to HR, L&D, or senior management decision-makers.
- Familiarity with Malaysia’s corporate training market and government grants (e.g., HRD Corp).
- Existing network of corporate clients.
