CleanHero is looking for a motivated Sales Leader to drive sales growth, lead a dynamic young team, and make a lasting impact in the professional service industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets while fostering a high-performing culture.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base
- Act as the main contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Handle escalated client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct market analysis and align efforts with other department to drive results.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a results-driven team.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales leadership roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and a goal-driven mindset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays (if required).

**Benefits**:

- Salary: RM3,200 - RM3,700 (excluding commission/bonus)
