We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a long-term **Online Sales Agent** to support our daily operations.
- No cold calls or aggressive selling required_

Simply manage inbound inquiries and build rapport through platforms like **Carousell**, **Xiaohongshu (XHS)**, and others.

**Your Role**:

- Handle client inquiries from Carousell and other platforms
- Support onboarding of new clients, and manage the recruitment process with influencers and resellers in our marketing network
- Follow clear SOPs to provide consistent, professional replies
- Use WhatsApp voice calls to speak with clients or partners when needed
- Ability to run Zoom meetings is a bonus

- Comfortable with WhatsApp voice chats

- If promoted to Team Leader, you must have the drive to perform well, lead by example, and be able to support and manage new teammates effectively.
- Basic Mandarin required for handling XHS platform
- Based in Malaysia or Singapore (WFH with flexible hours)
