Job Descriptions:

- Develop and implement project execution plans, covering scope, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with planners to monitor and ensure projects remain on schedule or ahead of deadlines.
- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Oversee project budgets and expenditures, implementing strategies for cost savings and ensuring financial accountability.
- Ensure timely submission of progress claims and follow up on payment processing with the accounts department.
- Identify and assess project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure continuity.

- Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures, conducting inspections and submitting QAQC reports promptly.
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols on-site, ensuring that all workers follow safety procedures and that a safe work environment is maintained, reducing risks of accidents and injuries.
- Maintain a high level of safety throughout the execution of assigned tasks and strictly adhere to the HSE policy.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, correspondence, and site diaries.
- Prepare and deliver detailed project status and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders by the 5th of each month.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Primavera, Microsoft Project.
- Position to be based in **Kuching, Sarawak.**

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
