Executive, Transaction Banking Fulfilment (1-Year Contract) **If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us...** **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinate onboarding life-cycle of regional and local cash management solutions of all sizes and complexities to minimize deal slippage and associated revenue conversion lead time. - Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Client Services and Operation partners to ensure client satisfaction and accurately report deal status, escalating effectively for "on hold" and slow-moving deals. - Support transformation initiatives and ensuring provision of a high-quality service delivery through effective execution of daily support operations, people and resources. - Process and maintain the registration of customer CIB modules within the agreed SLA and administer the CIB internal records to generate daily, weekly & monthly reports accurately for departmental reference. - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made with adherence to HLBB's policies, applicable laws, and services standard to control the issues with transparency. **Job Requirements**: - Malaysian Citizen. - A recognized Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree/ Diploma in any relevant discipline. - Exposure in Internet Banking and IT related field are preferable. - Fluent in written and spoken English with proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel. - Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment with diverse cultures and creative problem solver.
