**Responsibilities**:
**Position Summary**:
- Reporting to the Asia Talent Management Director, the Organizational Learning & Development Manager, would perform strategic Talent Development consulting to the business and be responsible for leading and implementing learning & development and talent management initiatives for Lam Manufacturing Malaysia. Contribute to global talent and learning agenda and be an integral member of the Asia Talent Management Team.
- Represents and promotes the COE’s vision and value to the Region, identifying and communicating how COE solutions and services assist in the achievement of near
- and long-term business goals.
- Represents the Region strategies, priorities and needs to the COE, advocating to the COE on their behalf.
- Work in close collaboration with regional HRBPs and business leaders, corporate HR, and Asia Talent Management Team, and other COEs to ensure an integrated Talent Management Approach.
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the local HR Team, business leaders and Asia Talent Management team and to assess learning needs based on market set skill levels and business goals to design and implement a holistic talent development strategy.
- Partner with the local HR Team, Asia Talent Management team and the wider enterprise to deliver talent management and development initiatives locally.
- Provide thought leadership by being part of program development team on global learning and talent management programs and initiatives.
- Support roll out of global learning & development and talent management projects and initiatives.
- Act as an internal consultant and work with business leaders and HRBP on employee and leadership learning issues, source and recommend appropriate learning solutions or resources, maintain a current knowledge of statutory requirements & local L&OD landscape and develop creative and innovative learning programs.
- Facilitate leadership programs based on local needs.
- Work with shared services to manage all learning operations related activities e.g updating learning records and post evaluation of learning programs.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- At least 8-10 years of learning & development and talent management experience or related experience.
- Experience working in multinational corporation.
- A proven track record of training program development and management. Experience in needs analysis, designing, delivering, and measuring impact of learning to business.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and skilled in instructional design methodology e.g ADDIE.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Viewed as a trusted advisor with a successful track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to influence others by asking questions with curiosity and provide recommendations using expertise.
- Team player who can work collaboratively with HR network involving local HRBPs and Corporate COEs, as well as business stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
