**Business Operation (B2C Inbound and Outbound)**

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with existing and potential customers on various platforms to persuade them to purchase company products and services
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders and aid on any potential issues faced by customers
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer insurance products and services over time to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Continue to develop commendable relationships with customers with quality service to encourage repeat business.
- Best negotiate with guided sales scripts by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections

**Business Operation (B2C Issuance)**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare documentation and issuance of B2C and partners sales policy cover notes.
- Accurately record details of customers’ purchase orders and immediate problem solving on any errors upon quotation issuance.
- Effectively communicate potential alternatives to customers shall there be an issue.
- Continue to develop commendable relationships with customers with quality service to encourage repeat business.
- Proactively work with internal stakeholders ie. Finance team in ensuring payment receipt.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer insurance products and services over to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Perform endorsements and refunds as per sales requirements.

**Business Operation (B2C Quotation)**

**Responsibilities**
- Quick witted with an eye to detail on data and best work with quotation numbers.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders
- Document and prepare quotations with best deals
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly and issue policies via portals and dashboards, making sure payment made is correct
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer insurance products and services over time to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Possess negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia
- Wants exposure to the Insurance Technology world, and knowledge of new methods in providing financial advisory services to clients, using technology as an enabler

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM600.00 per month
