Sales Executive

At ENX Systems, we use our ENX Sustainability AI platform to optimize energy use in buildings with smart IoT sensors and controls. Our solutions cut energy consumption by up to 40% while monitoring systems like ACMV, lighting, plug loads, air and water quality, and occupancy. Whether for new or existing buildings, ENX integrates seamlessly as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) or Energy Management System (EMS) to improve sustainability and performance in real time.
**Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations, emphasizing how our software solutions address specific client challenges and drive measurable value.
- **Client Relationship**: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive sustainable business growth.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and comprehensive reporting throughout the sales cycle.
- **Closing & Negotiation**: Lead negotiations, finalize agreements and secure deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
- **Post-Sales Support**:Provide ongoing post-sale support to ensure high client satisfaction, encourage retention, and promote repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Indoor Sales, managing both inbound and outbound marketing, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for technology.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and attentive to details.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
