Indoor Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and resilient Indoor Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will drive sales through a mix of digital responsiveness, proactive telemarketing, and face-to-face consultation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telemarketing & Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential construction companies, renovators, and contractors to introduce our scaffolding products.
  • Re-activate dormant accounts by following up with past clients regarding new projects.
  • Set appointments for the outdoor sales team (if applicable) or close rental/sales deals directly over the phone.

2. Online Enquiry Management

  • Manage all incoming inquiries via WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Email, and the Company Website.
  • Provide rapid feedback and formal quotations to online leads.
  • Follow up digitally to ensure quotations are converted into confirmed orders.

3. Walk-In Customer Service

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at our showroom/office.
  • Advise customers on the correct scaffolding components (frames, pipes, clamps, etc.) suited for their specific project needs.
  • Process cash sales and coordinate with the warehouse for immediate goods collection.

4. Sales Administration

  • Prepare Invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and Quotations accurately.
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with updated client details.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service. (Experience in construction, hardware, or industrial supplies is a major bonus).
  • Skills: Strong telephone etiquette and confidence in cold calling.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and comfortable using WhatsApp for Business communication.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Malay. (Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage for dealing with specific contractor groups).
  • Attitude: Willingness to learn technical product knowledge (scaffolding load capacities, safety standards, and component names).

Basic Salary + Commission + Allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
