Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for the sales of precision air conditioning, micro-module, UPS, and dynamic environment monitoring products in the South of Malaysia (Johor). Collect market and industry information.

2. Plan and execute sales activities in the designated area, achieving sales targets.

3. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, explore new markets, develop new clients, and expand product sales scope.

4. Responsible for the expansion and maintenance of channel clients.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma or above in refrigeration, HVAC, electromechanical engineering, marketing, or related fields.

2. At least 3 years of sales experience in industries such as air conditioning, UPS power supply, distribution, and anti-static flooring. Familiar with channel business in Malaysia, capable of independently participating in equipment bidding.

3. A deep understanding of market sales, with strong market judgment and business development capabilities. Good customer relationship management and strong stress resilience.

4. Experience with precision air conditioning, UPS products and Data Centre Industrial
