**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Operations**
- To monitor, process and arrange delivery for incoming customer order
- To prepare Sales Order and Production Job and to ensure those data input all in order
- To monitor and prepare reports for Stock Availability and Outstanding Order On Hand
- To coordinate with inter-department especially with Production, Warehouse, Transport, etc to ensure smooth operation in place - Window for Sales Ops
- To assist in managing Sales Operations daily activities
- Document preparation such as Quotations, Stock Replenishment Form, etc if any
- To monitor customer payment
- To communicate and follow up with Customers on their order, when required
- To handle ISO/IAFT and prepare related documents for yearly audit
- To assist Head of Sales on preparing and monitoring product costing
- To prepare and generate monthly forecast requirement and ordering
- To assist monitoring the Duty Exemption/Duty Draw Back related matters
- Any ad-hoc assignments
**Job Requirements**
- Understand and knowledgeable in Services Centre environment and business activities
- Good analytical skills
- Able to communicate efficiently with inter-department and outsider
- Knowledgeable in automotive environment will be an added advantage
- Experience in Sales Operation/Sales Administration will be an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
